SAN ANTONIO -- Local poker star Richard Lee agreed to a plea deal on Tuesday that will keep him out of jail. Lee pleaded no contest to a charge of keeping a gambling place and as part of the plea deal must surrender more than $2 million in alleged poker winnings.
